Clyde Knight Jr. Owner/Chairman: specific duties to provide leadership to the board, plan board meetings, agendas, ensure board receives proper information, Chair all board meetings, ensure board members contribute, drive discussion toward consensus, determine composition structure of board, act as company's lead representative: explain aims, policies to outside world and is responsible for overseeing the company's development and operation. He accurately identifies the right people to ensure that the board examines not only the technical skills of the candidates but the way their mental dispositions mesh or fail to mesh. His management style is 21 century: "The New Paradigm" and will be introduced to the entire Executive team. Through this management model he understands that common sense and empathy goes a long way in motivating people.

Professional Character: He was born in Fort Apache the Bronx, NYC. He served his country as a Military Police Officer in the United States Airforce where he was deployed to Germany. He received his Honorable Discharge upon his completion of Military Service and then applied to the NYPD Police Academy. He then served The City of New York as a NYPD (New York's Finest) Police Officer. During his service as a Military Police Officer and a NYCPD Police Officer and through his training, experiences overseas in Europe and in the United States he has learned that life is very challenging. And that there are always people in ones periphery who are negative and pessimistic. He has learned to realize that through those very challenges ones character is developed. He also learned that the challenges in life need not be a stumbling block or used as an excuse to deter one from being successful. He believes that character is forged through focus, steadfastness and creative thinking on the future.

Law Enforcement Experience: He learned to investigate, track perpetrators, counsel victims, apprehend offenders, gather evidence, testify and prosecute cases coordinating with the District Attorney Office - DANY. He has analyzed situations and made quick and concise decisions, called, deployed and utilized what ever resources were necessary to quickly control any situation. During his service he was deployed with, assisted, requested and coordinated with various NYPD, FBI, Secret Service and government agencies. Working with these fellow officers, supervisors and commanders taught him the respect that comes with teamwork and good leadership. Good leadership and teamwork solves crimes, problems and closes open cases. Through his experiences and making over 700 arrests, he has learned that in the public's eyes - action speaks louder than words. He understands that community relations, interaction, intelligence collecting and analysis is the key to successfully deterring crime.

Community Accountability: He spent 20 years at the 32 Precinct and on the streets of Harlem interacting with populace of Harlem and it's variety of ethnic diversity while investigating open cases. He was in charge of training, motivating and recruiting civilians for the NYPD Police Auxiliary Unit in his command. In the Domestic Violence Unit he was required to attend meetings with Police Chiefs and Commanders to address the Harlem communities concerns regarding crime, domestic violence and ComStat. He has training in leadership, strategy and tactics, FEMA and Emergency Management: National Incident Management (NIMS) and Citywide Incident Management (CIMS) in response to the WTC bombing. Through the surreal experiences of the 911 attack he has learned that people have one thing in common - that people no matter what the ethnicity, background, economical or social strata all want the same thing - to live in peace. He retired from the NYPD in 2005. Back
