TPSF LLC has researched community relations, racial diversity, cultural awareness, and policing data from the largest cities in the United States. Professionally trained, armed security teams will deter most criminal activity, e.g., gas "tank/line puncturing" and the popular burglar technique of defeating most home security systems. Our teams will be in place and dedicated to serve homeowners' associations with security issues faced by the neighborhood as a whole.

The information gleaned from research groups on crime, community relations, racial diversity, and awareness will be implemented by training our armed security teams on how to interact with communities and those individuals that may be exhibiting law violating behavior. Military Veterans must have been Honorably Discharged
Police Officers must have been in good standing
Security Officer must have been in good standing
Candidate must have at least a high school diploma
Must have 5 years of law enforcement or security experience
Must be 25 years of age at time of application
Must have a driver's license free of restrictions and limitations
No child, sex or criminal history in background check
Must be TCLEOSE eligible to apply for a firearm license
Must have no psychiatric, drug, or alcohol dependency issues
Must be physically able to perform assigned duties
Must meet height and weight standards as per BMI chart

Our clientele consist of any community or homeowners' association with a desire to live in their community knowing that they have an active security service in place thus creating a safer place to relax with their families. Research indicates that most residents work two and sometimes three jobs. And that their family time is a valued commodity.
